Cucumber, sliced
Red onion, very thinly sliced
Strawberries hulled
Romaine lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Crumbled Feta Cheese
Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette
Add the romaine lettuce to a bowl; add cucumber, onion, strawberries, tomatoes and olives and top with feta cheese. Serve with Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette or any dressing of your choice.
