Many Jamaicans are familiar with the traditional take on this dish but here I took a page out of an online friend of mine “Angelishious Authentic Dishes” book and tried this same loved Jamaican dish with fresh Jack mackerel instead of the commonly pickled version used. I hope you will try this one too as it is totally to die for.
