For this spinach recipe you’ll need..

4-5 cups (each) swiss chard + Kale + Jamaican Callaloo
1 lb salted (cured) pigtails
1 med tomato or 6 cherry tomatoes
1 small onion
2 scallions
1 can coconut milk
4 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
