Mark Crawford, who won the third prize of a 4-day/3-night stay for two at Grand Bahia Principe with roundtrip tickets on JetBlue was not present. Williams, won the top prize of a 7-day/6-night stay for two at any Sandals Resort in Jamaica with roundtrip airline tickets on JetBlue, while Peart won the second prize of a 5-day/4-night stay for two at Jewel Paradise Cove Beach Resort & Spa with roundtrip airline tickets on JetBlue. The drawing took place on July 25 during COJO’s Annual Summer Soiree held at the private residence of Vilma and Dalbert Daley in Jamaica Estates.

The presentation was held on Saturday, July 25 during COJO’s annual summer soiree in Jamaica Estates. Invitees were treated to a fine fare of food courtesy of The Door Restaurant, Golden Krust and Caribbean Food Delights, drinks from Grace Foods in addition to a sizzling fashion show featuring designers Mushroom, Klutch Boutique, Kahnami Creations and D’Marsh. Entertainment for the evening was provided by Tropical Rhythms, Tricia Grant and Dimex Sounds with DJ Drew.

In his remarks, the Council Member thanked COJO for its work in helping less fortunate children in Jamaica as well as his district which includes Jamaica, Queens. The occasion also served as the drawing and announcement of winners in COJO’s Child Month Benefit Raffle.
