Day 250 of 365 Things to Do, See & Eat in Jamaica – The Best Thing on the Island: Fresh Fruit

One of the simple pleasures of Jamaica food is its freshness, and that goes double for fruit. There are any number of exotic Jamaican fruits to attract your taste buds, including the ripe paw-paw, a sweetsop, a star anise, or a guinep. If you’re a little less adventurous about your foods, don’t worry. The availability of fresh pineapples, tangerines, and mangoes will be more than enough. Even people who say they don’t like fruit become fruit lovers in Jamaica!
