The Half Moon resort in Montego Bay will host a signature food event featuring Giovanni Ciresa of the Hotel Bauer in Venice as guest chef. The event also celebrates the resorts recently relaunched Sugar Mill Restaurant, which is one of the best-known fine dining venues on the island. This restaurant is located next to an historic sugar mill that dates from the 17th century. Chef Ciresa will create an exclusive fusion of Italian cuisine with traditional and locally grown ingredients from Jamaica. The event is scheduled for October 25th to 29th, 2016.
