Ingredients

  • 4 Green Bananas
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla bean
  • 1 Cup Organic Coconut Sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and Grate bananas(I grated each banana on a different side of the grater to add texture.)
  2. Place grated bananas, spices, and water in a sauce pan, bring to boil.
  3. Keep stirring
  4. Add Coconut milk
  5. Boil at medium heat, stirring constantly until cooked.
  6. Add Coconut sugar
  7. Serve hot
