- 4 Green Bananas
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Cups Organic Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla bean
- 1 Cup Organic Coconut Sugar

- Peel and Grate bananas(I grated each banana on a different side of the grater to add texture.)
- Place grated bananas, spices, and water in a sauce pan, bring to boil.
- Keep stirring
- Add Coconut milk
- Boil at medium heat, stirring constantly until cooked.
- Add Coconut sugar
- Serve hot
