Day 50 of 365 Things to Do, See & Eat in Jamaica – Stop and Smell the Flowers: Cranbrook Flower Forest

This amazing example of Jamaica’s tropical environment offers a spectacular array of exotic flowers (begonias! heliconias!) and hidden pools along a nature trail that winds through the rainforest along a river. Give in to the lure of the tranquil swimming holes, or follow the trail on horseback. For an adrenaline rush, try one of the zip lines that cross the jungle overhead. Located just 18 miles west of Ocho Rios. Not to be missed.

In case you missed any of the past “365 Things to Do, See and Eat in Jamaica“, here they are all together.
