Caribbean Recipe: Dominican Avocado Daiquiri

Our featured Caribbean recipe is Dominican Avocado Daiquiri, with avocado, lime juice, crushed ice and light rum.

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, halved, peeled and pitted
  • 1 ½ cups light rum
  • ½ – 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 quarts crushed ice

Instructions:
In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth, except ice. Serve immediately over crushed ice.
