Day 146 of 365 Things to Do, See & Eat in Jamaica – Climb Dunn’s River Falls

Dunn’s River Falls gives visitors and locals the opportunity to climb 600 feet of one of Jamaica’s most treasured attractions. The falls ability to naturally replenish itself, its limestone caves, and location make it stand out in the Caribbean. Dunn’s River Falls is the perfect location for a day of family fun. The park combines natural surrounding with modern amenities. A gazebo, live music stage, restaurant, and the jerk chicken huts can be found at the park’s visitors’ compound. To take in views of the falls and ocean, visitors can relax on the park’s multiple decks and terraces. While walking through Dunn’s River Falls many beautiful plants and fruits trees can be seen. When not climbing the falls, be sure to walk down to the beach to see where the falls meets the ocean. After an exciting day at Dunn’s River Falls, visitors can purchase souvenirs at the craft market by the park’s exit.
